Return Policy

30-Day Easy Returns

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

What Can Be Returned?

  • All personalized and customized items (unused condition)
  • Photo gifts that are damaged or defective
  • Items with manufacturing defects
  • Items ordered by mistake

What Cannot Be Returned?

  • Items used or damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Items without original packaging
  • Clearance or final sale items

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for return, the item must:

  • Be in original, unused condition
  • Have all original packaging and accessories
  • Include the original receipt/proof of purchase
  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery

How to Return an Item

Initiate Return

Log into your account and go to 'Orders'. Click 'Return' on the item you wish to return.

Select Reason

Choose the reason for return from the provided options and provide any additional details.

Get Return Label

We'll provide a prepaid shipping label via email. Print it and attach it to your package.

Ship the Item

Drop the package at any courier pickup point or arrange home pickup with the courier.

Track Return

Use the tracking number to monitor your return shipment. We'll inspect the item upon receipt.

Receive Refund

Once verified, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
