Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all pin codes across India including remote areas. International shipping is available to select countries - please contact us for details.

Delivery Issues
Damaged Package
If your package arrives damaged, please:
- Take clear photos of the damage
- Contact us within 48 hours
- Provide your order ID and tracking number
- We'll send a replacement immediately
Delayed Delivery
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date:
- Check the tracking status for updates

Undelivered Package
If a delivery is attempted but fails:
- The courier will leave a notice
- Collect it from the nearest hub or arrange redelivery
- We'll help coordinate alternative delivery
