Same Day Delivery

  • Available in select cities
  • Order before 10 AM IST
  • Delivery by 6 PM same day
  • Premium charges apply

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all pin codes across India including remote areas. International shipping is available to select countries - please contact us for details.

For areas with restricted access, we will notify you during checkout and suggest alternative arrangements.

Packaging

Your personalized gifts are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. All items are wrapped with protective materials and placed in secure boxes.

Delivery Issues

Damaged Package

If your package arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take clear photos of the damage
  2. Contact us within 48 hours
  3. Provide your order ID and tracking number
  4. We'll send a replacement immediately

Delayed Delivery

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date:

  1. Check the tracking status for updates
  2. Contact our support team
  3. We'll investigate and provide compensation if applicable

Undelivered Package

If a delivery is attempted but fails:

  1. The courier will leave a notice
  2. Collect it from the nearest hub or arrange redelivery
  3. We'll help coordinate alternative delivery
